WI meeting tonight - the competition is to make a fabric flower, so after wrestling unsuccessfully with scraps of slippery chiffon, I gave up and made a little muslin and felt rosebud instead.

Well thanks all - I would have done better last night if you'd been the judges! Perhaps I should have struggled a bit more with the slippery chiffon ..... :-))
thats beautiful! They just dont know a good thing when hey see it! Some people get a but stuck in realsim not the sense of a flower and that one has it in buckets!
